We have prepared a new service for you. Collect the ordered University of Maribor Library materials from ČUKbox – anytime, any day. 

Order materials with an online order form. Check for materials’ availability in the COBISS+ catalog.

All you need is a mobile phone. ČUKbox can be used without an application on your mobile device, but using a smartphone with an installed Direct4me application is even simpler.

With Direct4.me mobile app:

Download the Direct4.me mobile app and create a user account.

  • In the app, select your delivery from the list.
  • The ČUKbox containing your materials is displayed (e.g. A1).
  • Click „Unlock“ and scan the QR code on the ČUKbox screen.
  • Approach your phone to the ČUKbox according to the instructions on the screen (the green light starts blinking) and wait for it to unlock.
  • If the ČUKbox does not open, select a different open D-box method and try again.
  • Collect the materials and close the ČUKbox.

Without Direct4.me mobile app:

  • Call the telephone number you received in the SMS and follow the instructions.
  • Step in front of the ČUKbox that contains your materials and press number 1 on the phone.
  • Approach your phone to the ČUKbox according to the instructions on the screen (the green light starts blinking) and wait for it to unlock.
  • Collect the materials and close the ČUKbox.
