LIBRARIES: A BRIDGE TO OPEN ACCESS AND LIFELONG LEARNING

The workshop Libraries: A Bridge to Open Access and Lifelong Learning will be led by Neža Podjavoršek. The event is organised as part of the European Researchers’ Night at the University of Maribor Library.
The focus will be on the concepts of Open Educational Resources (OER), highlighting the vital role libraries play in supporting, raising awareness of, and promoting the use of OER. The session will also explore the benefits of using OER and their contribution in enhancing the quality of education and lifelong learning.
The presentation is part of the project Open Access for Lifelong Learning, jointly carried out by the University of Maribor Library and the University of Maribor’s Department for Research and Arts. It is funded bythe Recovery and Resilience Plan.
