From Tuesday, 15. October 2024, to Wednesday, 16 October 2024, from 7.30 AM to 10 PM, at the University of Maribor, University of Maribor Library, online, and Sova café
The festival is a part of the RRP ODVIj pilot project Open Access for Lifelong Education and the National Science Month 2024. The intriguing two-day programme is focused on the intersectionality of open science and artificial intelligence within higher education.
The main event of the first day will be the round-table talk titled “Challenges and Opportunities When Higher Education Meets Open Science and Artificial Intelligence” with university chancellor Zdravko Kačič PhD and guests. The main event of the second day will be the round-table talk titled “Challenges of Publishing and Educating in Higher Education with a Demonstation of Practical Use of AI,” which will be led by University of Maribor Library’s principal Dunja Legat M.A. and guests.
