Andrej Rahten: Mednarodne okoliščine Maistrove akcije. Časopis za zgodovino in narodopisje, Maribor 82=47(2011), 2-3, str. 5-17

V članku so opisane mednarodne okoliščine, v katerih je Rudolf Maister prevzel in ohranil oblast nad Mariborom in Spodnjo Štajersko. Prikazana so slovenska prizadevanja za državnopravno povezovanje s Kraljevino Srbijo, predstavljene pa so tudi ključne značilnosti politike »velikih pet« do nastajajoče jugoslovanske države in njihova vloga pri oblikovanju njenih meja. Poseben poudarek je na odnosu zmagovitih velesil do vprašanja pripadnosti Spodnje Štajerske in njihovim pogledom na Maistrovo delovanje.

Andrej Rahten: International Circumstances of Maister's Action. Review for History and Ethnography, Maribor 82=47(2011), 2-3, pp. 5-17

The article describes the international circumstances in which General Maister took over the authority in Maribor and Lower Styria and how he kept it. The Slovene en~ deavours for state connection with the Kingdom of Serbia as well as the key character~ istics of the "big five" politics regarding the Yugoslav state and their role in setting the borders are being presented. A special emphasis made on the attitude of the victorious superpowers towards the question of belonging of Lower Styria and their points of view on Maister's actions.
