Več kot 100 let star razgledni stolp jeklene konstrukcije nad Bolfenkom na Mariborskem Pohorju, visok skoraj 20 metrov, je v svoji zgodovini preživel štiri države in doživel štiri prenove. Zadnja je bila leta 1990. Zaradi visokih stroškov vzdrževanja je pogosto menjaval lastnike. Čeprav gre za pomemben kulturni spomenik, turistični in telekomunikacijski objekt, njegov pravno lastniški status še ni docela urejen. To velja tako za parcelo kot za sam stolp.

The more than 100 years old and almost 20 metres high steel lookout tower above Bolfenk on Mariborsko Pohorje experienced four states and underwent four renovations. The last renovation took place in 1990. Due to high maintenance costs its owners changed very often. Although the tower is an important cultural monument, a tourist and telecommunication object, its legal ownership is still not settled. This is true for the plot as well as for the tower.
