This paper features a text analysis of the roughly sketched transcripts of passages of speeches delivered upon the occasion of first Slovenian Tabor meeting, or - as it was described - "tiejI našlil prvlil poskušnjlil v politiškem meetingovanju" in the newspaper Novice (No. 31: 246). The positively affectionate and persuasive passages are examples of efficient and effective political propaganda, whose sole purpose was to show the world, that the Slovenes exist as a nation.
